Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before your appointment) may result in a 50% charge of the booked service fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. This policy ensures fairness to both clients and therapists.

Massage therapy is a time-based, personalized service. Therefore, once a session has been delivered, it is non-refundable. If you experience an issue with the service, please reach out within 24 hours for review. We are committed to addressing valid concerns on a case-by-case basis.

Clients must inform the therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or contraindications prior to treatment. We reserve the right to refuse or modify services if they may cause harm or are deemed unsafe.
